Patents
We have a unique practice of creating production methods and introducing production equipment. This has allowed us to achieve both high quality and fast delivery without compromising one for the other.
For example, we have developed a proprietary method (Patent No. 543121) for bending and forming galvanized steel sheets, which has enabled us to develop products that do not require surface treatment.
This has significantly reduced manufacturing costs.
This initiative has also been selected for the Toyota Monozukuri Brand, a certification system that recognizes excellent technologies and products from small and medium-sized enterprises and small businesses that support Toyota City in Japan.
We have also developed a device (Patent No. 670861) for attachable balance weights, reducing management man-hours by 90% or more.
